From a Family Friend:

I am deeply saddened by the loss of your father.  I have only fond childhood memories of him from the many hours I spent at your house. He was always there to lend a hand when we were sick and had an emergency (like sticking a bean up my nose) and he was always willing to see us at all hours of the day. For some reason what stands out most in my memories is his bushy mustache and the way he used to shake my hand really fast. 

I know I will be seeing you soon and I wish it could be under better circumstances. My mother and I are coordinating with the family but I want you to know that I am here for you for anything that you need. Sending lots of love to you and the whole family.
