Chavi:
It's Merry (Meredith Gaisin).
I know we have not spoken in many years, but you will always be part of my childhood memories.
I am saddened to hear of your Father's death.
I remember you sitting on your father's lap for Bentching when we ate Shabbos meals together; I remember his special "kid handshake" that always got laughs out of me, then my
brothers, and more recently my kids when I'd run into him in Silver Spring.
What really stands out when I think of your father is his Simchat HaChaim - he was an innately Joyous person.
I know YOU gave your father so much Nachas - whenever I'd run into him he updated me on your life and he was clearly so Proud of you.
I am so sorry for your loss -
Hamakom Yinachem Otach Betoch Shaar Avalei Tzion Viyerushalayim,
Merry
